- Log in to SIMPro and go to the Subscriptions page.
- Click into the SIM you want to add or remove a tag to.
- Click on the Edit button to bring up the drop-down menu. Select Edit tags.
- When viewing an individual SIM, you will be able to see any existing tags assigned to the SIM

To add tags, start typing the tag you would like to add to the SIMs. If the tag has already been used before, it will display in the dropdown list, and you can click to add it.

If a tag doesn’t display in the dropdown list, you will need to create a new one. Type the full word and press enter Or click the create tag button at the bottom of the dropdown list when done to create the new tag.

To remove a tag, click the “X” next to any tags you want to remove from the selected SIMs.

When you are done, click Update to save changes.
- You will be able to view the changes you’ve made under the Tag section on the subscription details page.
