Cancelling a Cancellation Request
If you need to cancel a pending SIM cancellation request, you can do so within 30 days of first submitting the request.
The first step is to contact us via Wilo, or call us on 0330 056 3300. All that is needed is the SIM number(s) you wish to keep, and our Support team will be happy to assist. They can remove the cancellation request in SIMPro and contact the network so that your SIM remains active.
