How to submit a SIM upgrade request

  1. Log in to SIMPro and click Help > Support Tickets.
  2. Click on Create in the top-right hand corner to create a new support ticket:

  3. Select Tariff Change Request from the dropdown:

  4. Enter a ticket subject.
  5. If you have the details for the tariff code you’d like to upgrade to, enter it in the Target Tariff Code box.
  6. Enter the details of the SIM(s) that you want to upgrade into the provided Description text box.
    Note: The SIM details can usually be found printed on the SIM card. If you prefer to upload an attachment with the details, this can be done at the bottom of the page. 
  7. Click Send.
