Cancelling SIMPro Users

If you require either your username or email address to be changed, your current user will need to be cancelled and a new user created.

To cancel new user

  1. Log in to SIMPro and click on Account > Users
  2. Click into the User and select Edit.
  3. You must deselect Enabled and then select Cancelled

  4. Select Update

When cancelling a user, this is a permanent cancellation, and you will not be able to re-enable the user later.
