To receive updates of any planned maintenance, sign up for service update notifications:
- Log in to SIMPro and click on Account > Billing Accounts.
- Click the Edit button to amend your account.
- Scroll down to the email addresses section and add your email address to the Outages email address box:
- You will then receive email notifications about planned service updates and any unplanned outages related to the services, products, or features on your account.
