Remote access to the Teltonika devices won’t be enabled by default, so this needs to be set up manually.
The necessary steps depend on the installed Teltonika RUTOS7 Firmware or Teltonika Legacy Firmware:
Teltonika RUTOS7 Firmware
Below are the steps needed for Teltonika routers running RUTOS7 Firmware (from version R_00.07.xx) to enable remote HTTP/HTTPS access:

- Go to System -> Administration -> Access Control
- Under WEBUI section, turn on ‘Enable HTTP access’ or 'Enable HTTPS access' (depending on what is preferred)
- Then turn on ‘Enable remote HTTP access’ or 'Enable remote HTTPS access', using the ports listed below:
Please note that HTTP/HTTPS ports can be changed if needed (ports 443 and 80 will be the default ones).
5. Scroll down and click on 'Save'
6. Remote access is now enabled
