Updating the router APN details

The best way to make sure your router is connected to the internet is to check the APN details.

To do this:

  1. Plug your router into a laptop, computer, etc. using the LAN cable.
  2. Enter the LAN IP address into your internet search bar.
  3. When prompted, log in using the details on the configuration sheet in the box that comes with the router:Picture7.png

Note: You can also find the login details on the back of the router.
  4. Click on the Network tab on the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
  5. Click on Interfaces > General:

  11. If you have a dual sim router, repeat these steps by clicking on the pencil icon next to mob2s1a1. Make sure your APN details match each SIM.
  12. After a few seconds, the changes should register. This should help connect your router to the internet.
