What is a SIM refresh?
In a SIM refresh, your SIM will be disconnected and then reattached to the network. This is to try and solve any issues, such as connectivity or roaming issues.
Note: A successful SIM refresh might take 24 hours to complete.
How can I request a SIM refresh?
- Log in to SIMPro and go to your Subscriptions page.
- Select the SIM(s) you want to refresh and click SIM refresh:
- You can add an optional customer reference and notes.
- You can choose whether you want to request Send SMS by ticking the box.
- Tick the T&Cs box and click Create request:
- Once your request has been received, look out for an email from SIMPro containing further details about your SIM refresh.
