What is a workflow status?

A workflow status provides an update on the current status/progress of any requests you have made in SIMPro.

For example, if you have requested a SIM activation, your workflow status will update at each stage (‘activation requested’, ‘activation sent to network’, etc.).

How can I check the workflow status?

You can view the workflow status of each SIM under your Subscriptions – the status will appear next to each SIM in the Workflow status column:


Note: Once the request has been completed, the workflow status will clear. If you cannot see an update in your workflow status column, it means there is no more action to be taken on the request.
