Device web.direct licence management applies exclusively to the DevicePro product and therefore only to Wireless Logic SIM cards managed in the SIMPro portal.
If you receive a notification that the number of web.direct licences has been exceeded, you will need to purchase additional DevicePro web.direct licences, for example from our webshop, in order to continue using web.direct without restrictions. However, if you use the conventional mdex fixed.IP+ IP service, no additional licences are required, as the web.direct functionality is already integrated as standard in the mdex fixed.IP+ service and can therefore be used without additional licensing.
