How to enable web.direct?

Particularly when using SIMPro -> DevicePro, the web.direct function is not automatically enabled for all SIM cards. In order to facilitate SIM access for the utilisation of the web.direct function, it is essential that web.direct is enabled for the desired SIM device. The following methods are available for this purpose:

Enable 'web.direct' for a SIM device

1. Log into mCOP 2.0 or SIMPro v5 - DevicePro.
2. Access the desired SIM device.
3. In the web.direct tile, use the toggle in the top right corner to enable or disable web.direct:
   
   Disabled:
   
   Enabled: 
   

Note that web.direct links are created in redundant systems to ensure stability and availability. It may take up to five minutes after activation (or changes) for the link to be fully functional.

Enable 'web.direct' for multiple SIM devices (bulk operation)

To enable web.direct for multiple SIM accesses, follow these steps:

1. Log into mCOP 2.0 or SIMPro v5 - DevicePro.
2. Click on Devices -> Search devices and find the desired SIM devices.
3. Select the devices that are to be enabled for web.direct and click the button "Configuration of web.direct":
   
   
   
4. Set the option "web.direct" to 'Enable' and click 'next'.
   You can optionally receive an email notification when the process is complete and specify the reason for the change in the log entries as free text.
   
   The other options are not available for web.direct 2.0 (DevicePro) and should remain set to "Retain" to avoid any changes to these settings.
   
   
5. Please follow the instructions in the portal until the change is initiated.

Similarly, web.direct functions can be disabled for multiple SIM accesses by setting web.direct to "Disable".
