If the web.direct remote access to systems such as "Siemens PAC" is not working properly, even though the port has been set up correctly, the setting 'Max. Compatibility (No web.direct cookies)' can help. This cookie-setting can be found in the Edit mode of a web.direct link.
Activate the "Advanced view" (top right).
Under "mdex Gateway → Device", set the Cookies parameter to 'Max. compatibility (no web.direct cookies)'.

Please note that the web.direct links are stored in redundant systems to ensure stability and availability. Therefore, it may take up to five minutes after changes for the link to be fully functional again.
If remote access now works properly with this web.direct setting and should be available for all new accesses or systems, this setting can be defined as a web.direct template. This will automatically create a corresponding web.direct link for new accesses without requiring further adjustments.
