Dear Customer,
Requests to our eSIM API endpoints (/esims/usage, /esims/usage-history, /esims/details) have returned unauthorised even when valid credentials were supplied. Other SIMPro API endpoints were unaffected.
This is not related to your account, your credentials or your permissions — the fault is on our side. Your API key remains valid and does not need regenerating, and no action is required at your end.
We are investigating and preparing a fix. We will confirm as soon as the endpoints are serving normally.
