Dear Customer,
Our Anomaly Detection service relies on a third-party security platform. The supplier recently changed the authentication method for their service, which has broken the connection between our platform and theirs.
If you use Anomaly Detection, SIMs and subnets added or changed since the issue began may not be reflected there. Anomaly and threat detection is not running for subnets that have not been passed through. Detection continues for SIMs that were already in Anomaly Detection and have not changed.
No action is needed from you. If you notice a SIM or subnet missing from Anomaly Detection, please contact our support team and reference this incident.

Anomaly Detection: Resolved SIMs and subnets are now fully up to date in Anomaly Detection, and detection is running against current traffic for all SIMs. New SIM and subnet changes made in our platform are reaching Anomaly Detection as normal. This incident is now resolved. If you continue to see SIMs or subnets missing from Anomaly Detection, or alerts that do not match your current estate, please contact our support team and reference this incident.
