Service Updates Section Guide

The Service Updates section is your central source for the latest information on unplanned works and unexpected service events. Here, you’ll find updates on incidents, impact assessments, investigation progress, and resolutions to help you stay informed and understand any potential effect on your services.

To provide greater clarity and consistency, all incidents will follow one of three statuses:

  • Open – An issue has been identified and investigations are underway
  • Ongoing – The issue remains active, with meaningful progress updates provided as new information becomes available
  • Resolved – The incident has been resolved and services restored

We are committed to providing clear and transparent communication throughout the lifecycle of an incident. Updates will be published when there is meaningful new information to share, rather than to a fixed update timetable.

Please note that not all incidents originate within the Wireless Logic environment. In many cases, we work closely with network operators, infrastructure providers, and third-party partners to investigate and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Resolution times may therefore depend on collaboration across multiple parties.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports will be provided for Priority 0 (P0) and Priority 1 (P1) incidents only.

Whether the issue relates to a network disruption, platform issue, or third-party incident, the Service Updates section is designed to give you timely, transparent information so you can assess impact and plan accordingly.
