We are currently investigating a network infrastructure issue affecting parts of the SIMPro platform. The issue began at approximately 00:46 UTC on 14 May 2026, and our engineering and network operations teams are actively engaged.

SIMPro remains reachable, and some users may not notice any impact. However, you may experience one or more of the following:

- Some actions taken in SIMPro — such as SIM activations, suspensions, threshold updates, and request approvals — may appear to complete but not take effect, or may take longer than usual to be reflected.

- Email notifications, including usage alerts, activation confirmations, password resets, and scheduled reports, may be delayed or temporarily not delivered.

Latest update:

Earlier today, between approximately 00:46 UTC and 07:49 UTC on 14 May 2026, the SIMPro platform was affected by a network infrastructure issue between our data centres. We believe this has now been resolved. Connectivity has been restored, and the platform is operating normally. We are entering a monitoring period to confirm full stability before formally closing the incident.
