Daily Usage Alert emails were not triggered, and customers did not receive the usage alert emails.
Latest update:
Developers are currently investigating the issue. At 15:55, developers were still working on the issue. At 16:55, developers continued working; meanwhile, usage reports can be run from the Reporting section to check for any SIMs that have exceeded usage. Next update scheduled for 18:00. The issue has now been resolved, and Usage Alerts are being sent.
