Dear Customer,

Users accessing the SIM Management page in both SIMPro4 and SIMPro5 are experiencing an issue where SIMs are not being displayed. The page may either load without showing any SIM data, display a blank grid, or partially fail with filters/search not working. This issue is impacting both external customers and internal operational users.

Latest update:

The issue affecting the display of SIMs on the SIM Management Page has now been resolved. The page is functioning as expected and SIM visibility has been fully restored. At all times, SIM connectivity remained unaffected and no data was lost. We appreciate your patience while we worked to address this matter. A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be communicated within 10 working days.
