Dear Customer,

Users accessing the SIM Management page in both SIMPro4 and SIMPro5 are experiencing an issue where SIMs are not being displayed. The page may either load without showing any SIM data, display a blank grid, or fail partially (filters/search not working). This issue is impacting both external customers and internal operational users.

Update at 13:25: Our team is actively working on a resolution to restore the display of SIMs on the SIM Management Page. Please note that SIM connectivity is unaffected and no data has been lost.
