Depending on the type of SIM card used, the following portals are available for managing Wireless Logic SIM cards, mdex SIM cards, and mdex IP services:
mdex Connection Management Portal (mCOP)
SIMPro
DevicePro (addon for SIMPro)
Please note that mCOP and SIMPro are separate portals with individual login credentials. Access to the mCOP portal is only possible with the specific mCOP login credentials, which differ from the SIMPro login credentials.
mdex Connection Management Portal (mCOP)
The mdex Connection Management Portal (mCOP) is exclusively used for managing mdex SIM cards and mdex IP services. Wireless Logic SIM cards (e.g. 'Conexa') are managed exclusively in SIMPro!
Portal mCOP (Legacy)
This is the traditional mdex Connection Management Portal. Information can be found in the mdex Support Wiki.
Portal mCOP 2.0
This new mdex Connection Management Portal features a modern design and extended functions, including the new web.direct functionality. Access to both mCOP portals is via the same login credentials. Further information on using mCOP 2.0 will be provided here as available.
SIMPro
Management of Wireless Logic SIM cards (e.g. 'Conexa') is carried out in the SIMPro portal.

DevicePro (addon for SIMPro)
If the DevicePro addon has been activated within SIMPro, enhanced functionalities will be available to you. 'DevicePro' also manages extra mdex IP services and products, previously available only to mdex customers via the mdex Connection Management Portal (mCOP).
