To view more details about an invoice in BillPro, you can use the Downloads icons:
- Invoice: This will allow you to download a PDF copy of your invoice.
- Invoice Summary: This will allow you to download a csv or xls summary file of the SIMs and their charges on your invoice.
- Invoice Detail: This will allow you to download a csv or xls file of the usage detail totals per SIM for the associated invoice, including overage charges and tariff information.
- Usage Detail: This will allow you to download a csv or xls file of the usage per session per SIM. This download will be highly detailed and may result in very large files. You may receive multiple emails when requesting this level of detail.
Note: Each monthly invoice contains line rental and service charges for the current month and any usage over allowance for the previous month.
