Dear Customer,
We have been informed by EE of an ongoing issue currently affecting data, voice, and SMS services for customers while roaming. EE is actively investigating the incident, and we are receiving regular updates on their progress. We will continue to keep you informed as more information becomes available. In the meantime, where possible, we recommend manually selecting an alternative roaming network to restore connectivity.

BT identified an incorrect configuration change as the cause of the incident and, after implementing a fix, roaming services were restored to normal.
