We are currently investigating a network infrastructure issue affecting parts of the SIMPro platform. The issue began at approximately 00:46 UTC on 14 May 2026, and our engineering and network operations teams are actively engaged.

SIMPro remains reachable, and some users may not notice any impact. However, you may experience one or more of the following:

- Some actions taken in SIMPro — such as SIM activations, suspensions, threshold updates, and request approvals — may appear to complete but not take effect, or may take longer than usual to be reflected.

- Email notifications, including usage alerts, activation confirmations, password resets, and scheduled reports, may be delayed or temporarily not delivered.

Latest update:

We are continuing to investigate the network infrastructure issue affecting the SIMPro platform that began at approximately 00:46 UTC on 14 May 2026.

Earlier this morning, the issue expanded to affect multiple data centres, and SIMPro was briefly fully unavailable. The platform is currently intermittently available: some users are able to access SIMPro and complete actions successfully, while others are experiencing errors, slow responses, or actions that do not complete. Experience may also vary between sessions or page loads.

Our engineering and network operations teams are working urgently on the underlying network issue, which is not yet resolved.
