Connected router solutions can be reordered in SIMPro.
To do this:
- Click on Orders located within the navigation bar.
- Click on Hardware Orders.
- Locate the product from the available options and click on Place Order.
Note: If any products are missing, please speak to your account manager who can arrange for these to be added. The name of your account manager can be found in your Account section in the navigation bar. - Enter the quantity for the order.
- Enter the delivery address.
- Enter the postcode.
- Ensure you have added a sales quote reference – this is a mandatory field for your order to be processed.
- Select the delivery charges from the dropdown.
- When you are happy with the order, click Add Purchase Order. This will allow you to upload the Purchase Order.
- Once completed, click Place Order.
