How can I get a copy of my invoice?

For any invoices that begin with the reference code ‘AP’, you can view and manage your invoices in BillPro:


To access BillPro, log in to SIMPro and select BillPro from the navigation bar. You can use the icons under the Downloads column to download your invoice.

For any other invoice copies, please send an email to with your customer account number and the invoice period you’re looking for.
