Dear Customer,
We are currently unable to assign IPs to Conexa-LD SIMs using the connectivity type No VPN. Most requests are failing with the error due to duplicate IPs.
Latest update:
A number of new SIM activations on the Conexa-LD network are failing to complete. Affected SIMs are not receiving a working IP address and therefore cannot establish a data session. SIMs already active on Conexa-LD are not affected and continue to operate normally. We apologise for the disruption. We have identified the root cause as an IP addressing conflict within the Conexa-LD allocation platform and are working to resolve it. No action is needed at your end—affected SIMs will connect automatically once the fix is applied. If you have a live deployment or install schedule on Conexa-LD affected by this, please contact your account manager so we can prioritise your SIMs.
