Dear Customer,
A number of requests failed due to configuration issues, including invalid or disabled tariff configurations and IP allocation failures. The majority of affected requests related to invalid configuration settings. This incident primarily affected the KPN network, with some additional failures on EE and O2 Global. Only specific customer solutions were impacted; other solutions were not affected.
