Dear Customer,
We continue to make progress on the incident and can confirm that services for US Cellular have now been restored. Traffic redirection remains in place for all other IMSIs, with services continuing to operate as expected.
We are still working closely with our partner Vodafone NL regarding the remaining impacted IMSIs and are exploring all available options to assist in resolving the issue.
Our teams remain engaged with the equipment vendors as we continue efforts to address the underlying cause.
We will provide further updates as soon as new information becomes available. We apologise for any ongoing disruption and thank you for your continued patience.
