Two-factor authentication

What is two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication is used as a secure way of verifying in real-time that you are the person logging in to your account.

We will send you an SMS code every seven days when you log in to your account to confirm your identity.

What are the benefits of using two-factor authentication?

We use two-factor authentication to keep your SIMs protected, minimising the risk that an unauthorised individual would be able to gain access to your account.

We only use the phone number you provide to send the SMS codes to; we do not use this number for anything else.

What happens if I don't want to use two-factor authentication?

If you request to turn off two-factor authentication, you will be accepting responsibility that somebody may be able to gain access to your account password and your SIMs without this level of security.
