Step-by-Step Guide
- Download the attached file "eapn1-net.mobileconfig" onto the device where the eSIM profile is to be activated, or transfer the file from another device (e.g., via email, Dropbox, etc.).
- Run the downloaded file.
- Open the Settings on the device.
- Click on 'Profile Downloaded'.
- Install the configuration profile.
- Please note that the Conexa SIM card is a roaming SIM card. Data roaming must be enabled on your iPhone/iPad in order that the Conexa SIM card can establish a mobile data connection.
- The connection should now work, as the device considers the correct APN through the configuration profile.
