What is a data pool?
Your data pool is a set data allowance that can be shared across all SIMs included in the pool.
How am I billed for my data pool?
Data pools are billed their full value monthly until all SIMs on the data pool are cancelled. You will see the data pool cost on your invoice if there are any remaining SIMs, and for the following month the SIMs are cancelled.
You will be charged monthly and overage charges apply if the data exceeds the inclusive allowance of the pool. Data pools are billed a month in arrears to capture the usage on the SIM(s).
For example, if you cancelled your data pool in October, you will be charged for the data pool until the end of November.
