You can reach our teams in real-time during office hours (8.30am-6pm) via our digital assistant Wilo. Open up our Help Centre or sign into SIMPro and Wilo will be available in the bottom right of the screen 24/7 to help answer queries and help get you through to a human if required.
Wilo will be able to direct you through any self-serve actions before passing you through to a human in business hours on chat if no solution can be found. She will be able to direct you through to any specific team that you require.
Please note that conversations with Wilo or with an agent are now asynchronous meaning that conversations will be saved allowing you to come back to your request at any time.
