We require 30 days’ written notice for the cancellation of out of contract SIMs. The 30 days are taken from the date of the original cancellation request.
In-contract SIMs can be cancelled for the next working day, but would be subject to buy-out fees.
The buy-out fees are the remaining line rental cost for the contract term.
