The line rental fee on my invoice is higher than it should be. Why is this?

Line rental is billed pro-rata. It is, therefore, dependent upon the date your SIM was activated.

You can check in SIMPro by clicking Subscriptions and then into the specific SIM you want to find the activation date for:
