Why am I still being billed for a disconnected SIM?

You may see a charge in your invoice for a disconnected SIM if overage or usage outside of your inclusive allowance has occurred during the 30-day notice period.

How can I check the details of the charge?

You can check your usage in SIMPro under the Subscriptions page. Select the hyperlink of the specific SIM you want to check and click View detailed usage.

You can also check the billing details in BillPro. Click into the invoice reference number to view the details.
