If you have requested a SIM cancellation that has reached the end of the minimum term period, the SIM(s) will be disconnected with 30 days’ notice. There can be an admin fee charged for this.
If the SIM is still within its minimum term period, then a buyout fee will apply. This is calculated based on the remaining duration of the SIM minimum term specified on your contract.
