My invoice is higher than normal

Exceeding your monthly allowance is one of the most common reasons for a higher-than-normal invoice.

Some other reasons why your invoices might be higher than expected:

  • Using data whilst roaming

  • Contacting a premium rate service
  • Ordering additional services
