My invoice hasn't arrived

If you're concerned that an invoice has not arrived and your invoice usually starts with ‘AP’, you can view and download your invoices from BillPro.

To access BillPro, log in to SIMPro and select BillPro in the navigation bar:


You can use the search bar to look for a particular invoice number or date:


For any other invoices, please contact us:

Include your customer account number and the invoice period you’re looking for in your email.
