This description refers to the functionality of DevicePro and mCOP 2.0.

SIMPro users must log in to DevicePro,
existing mdex users with log in with their mCOP login-data in mCOP 2.0.

Tile 'Location' (Map)

In the 'Location' tile, the location of the SIM card/router can be displayed on a map. 

Add Location Data

For routers with enabled SNMP remote and enabled GPS feature, location data updates automatically when this page is accessed. 

For all others, it is necessary to add the location as an address or as latitude and longitude.

1. Under Devices -> search devices, search for the desired device (SIM card).

2. At the Location tile click on the icon  (set location):

   
    

3. Enter either the coordinates (latitude and longitude) or the address in the format street, postcode city (e.g. Bäckerbarg 6, 22889 Tangstedt) and click on 'OK'.

   
    

4. The location will be displayed in the tile 'Asset Info' (at 'Location' and 'PortalAddress') as well as on this map 'Location': 
   
   

View All Locations on a Map

It is possible to display all stored locations of all SIM cards/routers on a map.

1. Click on Devices -> search devices.

2. Click on the 'Locations' icon at the top, then locations will be displayed on a map:
